Our design department utilizes multiple work stations with 2D design and drafting  and 3D design and modeling capabilities. As well as MasterCam to support design conversion for CNC projects.

We use a dedicated precision inspection and assembly area to ensure the highest quality and consistency in everything we make.  

Willyard Company, Inc. can be found in the heart of Charlotte , NC in a newly renovated facility  that  encompasses  over  6000  sq. ft.  with  areas  dedicated  to  the  design, inspection, assembly, and manufacture of components.

Within the light open space of the shop lies an extensive array of equipment including CNC and manual mills and lathes as well as a full complement of supporting equipment. A tooling and fixturing library that encompasses 30 years of experience allows for proper setup of almost any job.
